Russia is using a network of suppliers to evade international sanctions aimed at preventing it from producing missiles and other weapons, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskysaid on Tuesday.

Zelensky's video address said unnamed countries and companies were helping Moscow acquire technology, especially for the production of missiles. Russia has fired hundreds of missiles at Ukrainian targets since October.

Ukraine, he added, is well aware of all Russia's efforts to circumvent sanctions and will seek to ensure that "there are no products of the free world in Russian missiles."
