In the Rostov, Belgorod and Voronezh regions of Russia, dictator Vladimir Putin addressed on radio and television about the alleged invasion of the Armed Forces into the territory of the Russian Federation. Putin "called on Russians to evacuate inland and declared martial law." Local authorities and the Kremlin said it was fake.

Writes about it "Meduza" and propaganda media of the Russian Federation.

"Russians, fellow citizens, brothers and sisters. Today, at 4 am, Ukrainian troops armed with the NATO bloc, with the consent and support of Washington, invaded the territory of the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions. Our border guards and the Armed Forces are adequately rebuffing the superior forces of the aggressor. On the territory of the Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk regions, martial law was introduced by my decree. Also today I will sign a decree on general mobilization, because in order to defeat a dangerous and insidious enemy, we will need to unite all the forces of the Russian Federation," the alleged appeal said.

The regional authorities called the "appeal" a fake created to sow panic among the population.

Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin was aware of the hacking of radio stations and now control has been restored.

Recall, Oleg Zhdanov said that Putin has powerful compromising evidence on the scandalous Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
