Only a complete embargo on the import of goods into the Russian Federation can stop the production of weapons in the aggressor state, including missiles, with which it attacks Ukrainian cities.

This opinion was expressed on the air of Apostrophe TV by the director of the Center for Military and Legal Studies Oleksandr Musienko.

"No sanctions will ever close the arms market. It is an illusion to think that this can be done with sanctions. The arms market is like drug trafficking, excuse me. No matter how you fight it, it will still exist," the expert believes.

According to him, last year Russia faced problems in the work of the military-industrial complex due to the lack of necessary components, but due to the use of bypass schemes, it established their supply and began to actively increase the production of weapons.

Now, according to Musienko, according to various estimates, Russia produces from 30 to 50 missiles per month of various types. According to him, last week the enemy had more than 300 ready-to-use missiles of various types - Kh-101, Kh-555, Kinzhal missiles, Kh-22, Kh-32, Kalibri.

"In order to completely deprive Russia of [weapons production] capabilities, a complete embargo on the supply of anything must be imposed against it. Until there is a full-fledged embargo, they, hiding behind, in particular, dual-use technologies, will import something. And the countries that will be ready to supply them with it will be," the expert summed up.

Recall, expert Alexander Kovalenko stunned with a sad forecast for missile stocks in Russia. The Russian Federation has established production, so the invaders will never run out of missiles.
