"22 people were injured, 5 of them were children. Two two-story buildings, between which an enemy missile hit, were partially destroyed. 10 private houses, cars, a shop, gas pipelines were also damaged," he wrote.

Defenders from PMC "East" shot down 2 cruise missiles and 1 drone, probably "Shahed" over the region.

In addition, the occupiers hit Nikopol with artillery. Two cars caught fire, fires have already been extinguished.Three high-rise buildings, a restaurant, power lines were beaten. It passed without casualties.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to the shelling.

"The Russians attacked the city. They hit between two two-story residential buildings. Unfortunately, there are people under the rubble. All services are working," he wrote.

The Head of State stressed that Russia once again proved that it was a state sponsor of terrorism.

"Russians will be held responsible for everything committed against our state and people," Zelensky assured.
