The torrential rains that began in the city center during the evening hours and continued relentlessly have had a negative impact on daily life.

While dozens of cars remained on the road, those who stayed inside were rescued by AFAD and firefighters.

The Keskin mosque in Thessalonica, in the district of Central, was also one of the areas affected by the flooding. While the temple was underwater, the water was emptied with the help of civilians.
