In the Poltava region on Sunday, June 4, explosions were heard during the last air raid alarm. It became known that the air defense forces worked.

This was announced by the chairman of the Poltava regional administration Dmytro Lunin.

On June 4, the last air alarm in the Poltava region was announced at 12:11. The alarm lasted more than two hours. It is known that the air defense system worked in the region.

"The air raid alarm lasted for more than 2 hours in the Poltava region. Air defense has worked perfectly in the region. No hits were recorded. Thanks to the Air Defense Forces and the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Glory to Ukraine!" wrote Lunin.

The head of the regional administration did not specify with what weapons the occupiers attacked Ukraine.

As a reminder, on June 3, during an air raid alarm in the Pidhorodne community in the suburbs of Dnipro, an explosion sounded. Rocket attack damaged a two-storey residential building. The body of a 2-year-old child was found under the rubble.

Also on the night of June 4, the occupiers again fired missiles at Ukraine. Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat said two missiles hit an airfield near Kropyvnytskyi.
