In Germany, on Sunday, June 4, a 9-year-old boy from Ukraine died in a fire in a refugee camp. The child, along with his family, fled the war in Russia, but died due to the tragedy.

This was tweeted by the Minister of the Interior of Thuringia Georg Mayer.

Mayer confirmed that the person killed in the fire in the refugee camp is a 9-year-old boy from Ukraine.

"Today, a child died in Apolda, who together with his family sought refuge from Putin's bombs. On such days you can despair. I will do my best to find out the cause of the fire. There must be complete clarity here," Georg Mayer wrote.

Recall that in Thuringia at 5:00 am on June 4 there was a fire in a refugee camp where 245 people lived. During the fire, a boy mysteriously disappeared from Ukraine. Subsequently, the body of a child was found at the scene of the tragedy, but the police could not confirm whether it was really a small Ukrainian.
