This year, Russian dictator President Vladimir Putin will not hold the traditional Kremlin on the occasion of Russia Day on June 12. The celebrations took place annually.

This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Russian media reported.

According to him, the administration of the head of state has no plans for a solemn reception in the Kremlin on Russia Day. However, dictator Vladimir Putin will present state prizes on this day. They will receive figures in the field of science, culture and art.

By the way, celebrations for the Day of Russia in the Kremlin operated until 2019. At the last solemn reception there were up to one and a half thousand people. Such a presidential meeting was attended by members of the Radfed, the State Duma, representatives of the courts, church, culture and art.

As reported, Putin changed his mind about going to the inauguration ceremony of re-elected Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Russia will be represented at the ceremony by State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin. The reason for Putin's refusal to travel is unknown.
