Highlights: The University of Havana awards the Doctor Honoris Causa in Social Sciences and Humanities to the singer-songwriter and poet Silvio Rodríguez Domínguez. The ceremony was presided over by Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Party and president of the Republic. His investiture is considered the last action of the professional program of the International Scientific Convention of the University, Saber UH, inaugurated last Monday.
