The National Audit Office published the accounts on revenue, expenditure and commitments for payment in connection with the election campaign for the elections for the National Assembly held on April 2, 2023, the press center of the control structure announced.

A total of 23 participants in the elections for the National Assembly on April 2 – 14 parties, 7 coalitions and 2 initiative committees, submitted their reports on time. The reports are published in the Unified Register under the Electoral Code (ERIK). After entering the register, click on "2023", then – "Elections for the National Assembly on April 2, 2023", "Registered participants". When selecting a participant, click on "Data", then - "Financial Statements" and finally on the column "Report" (the specific report is marked with a "paper clip" for attachment).

The deadline for parties to report to the Court of Auditors for the elections from April 2 expires

In accordance with the requirements of the Election Code, the National Audit Office also publishes the information provided by media service providers, sociological and advertising agencies and public relations agencies about the services they provide to participants (on the website of the National Audit Office, section "Control elections", "Reporting on the election campaign", "For service providers").

The National Audit Office is currently conducting an audit of the compliance of the declared revenues and the expenditures incurred in connection with the election campaigns of the participants in the elections for the National Assembly in cases where they are over BGN 1000,<>.
