The head of the Mykolaiv regional administration Vitaliy Kim says that lately it has become much less in the information space, because now the information system is already working, which did not exist at the beginning of the war. In addition, at the beginning of a full-scale war, people needed such "soothing pills."

The chairman of the OVA told about this in an interview with Glavkom.

"Everyone gets used to everything. These soothing pills were needed just to balance people. Now people, on the contrary, need a "beast", as in the cartoon about the cat Leopold. People should step up, mobilize and get involved again, because working on adrenaline is always easy for the short term, but much harder for the long term. And this must be done, because the war is going on. We have a main battle ahead of us that we need to focus on," Kim said.

The head of the Mykolaiv region says that he has even "weaned himself from publicity and returned to daily work." According to him, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the military issue took 100% of the time when "there was a question of surviving and fighting back", and now "the planning horizon is slightly different".

"Currently, our tasks include not only helping the army, but also the economy - restoring jobs, restarting enterprises and more. I cannot speak every day and say that in six months we will rebuild some object. Therefore, accordingly, the means of informing have changed," explained Vitaliy Kim.

To recap, Vitaly Kim on the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine andrecalled what his life was like before February 24, 2022. The video contains footage of the head of the regional administration with his family, from working meetings, traveling with his family, charity events, and then there were footage of shelling of Mykolaiv.
