Because of the crisis with personnel, the Russian command involved the so-called "Storm-Z" companies, which are formed at military registration and enlistment offices from people who have problems with the law.

This was announced on the air of a telethon by the speaker of the Eastern Group of Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Cherevatyi.

"The Russians are currently experiencing major problems with personnel, so a number of private military companies are involved in the war against Ukraine. Reactivated equipment is also being used," Cherevatyi said.

According to him, not only PMC "Wagner" is involved in the war against Ukraine, but also such as "Patriot", "Veterans", "Fakel", as well as the so-called combat reserve "BARS".

"Now they have the latest know-how – they are forced from the human crisis to involve the so-called "Storm-Z" companies, which at military registration and enlistment offices are formed from people who have problems with the law. We know all their personnel, we know the potential of their command, we know the weapons," Cherevatyi said.

According to the spokesman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russians are already taking out old weapons from storage bases, but they still have elements of more modern weapons.

Recall that the enemy is concentrating its forces on the Maryinsky direction. There are so-called meat assaults on the city, in which the Russian army uses units "Storm" and "Storm Z". They go into battle first.
