In Belgorod, where "cotton" occasionally appears, local residents noticed the movement of Russian equipment heading towards the Ukrainian border.

Relevant videos began to appear on Russian Telegram channels.

As can be seen from the footage, a column of vehicles is moving towards the Ukrainian border, towards the city of Shebekino: in particular, tanks with camouflage nets.

It should be noted that recently the governor of the Belgorod region announced the fragments of artillery shells found in the city, which damaged one car and the roadway. There are also cliffs on the power line.

At the same time, experts say that because of the events in the Belgorod region, Putin should have long imposed martial law and general mobilization in Russia.
