The president of the Cuban Baseball Federation (FCB) and national commissioner, Juan Reinaldo Pérez Pardo, is on an intense working visit to Japan during which he will meet with senior executives of the Yomiuri Giants, Nippon Ham Fighters, Chunichi Dragons, DENA Stars and Softbank Falcons franchises.

In addition, Pérez Pardo plans meetings with the president of the company Kenko and the head of the Japanese baseball federation, Masatake Yamanaka.

Meetings are also scheduled with some Cuban players acting in the Japanese professional circuit, and participation in several matches of this.

Perez Pardo's visit is part of efforts to deepen relations between baseball in both countries, for which both parties will review issues of mutual interest.
