A prominent Azerbaijani composer and singer, Polad Bulbuloglu, has filed a complaint with the Intellectual Property Agency regarding the unauthorized and illegal placement of the song "Heyif Happened" on the YouTube platform.

The EPA has been informed by the Agency.

An investigation has been launched into the matter by the Intellectual Property Rights Insurance Center, which is under the agency's jurisdiction. The study found that one of the files uploaded on the YouTube channel Universal Azerbaijan Music in the form of the album "Come Morning" is the composition "Heyif Happened." Other works of the composer are also featured here. The channel was created on October 2018, 25, under the name Folklore Azerbaijani Music Academy.

In an effort to prevent P. Bulbuloglu's copyright infringement, the Agency has been contacted by the Universal Music Publishing Group, along with the Society for Digital and Audiovisual Publishing Industry (over Beat Music). As a result of the measures taken, Universal Azerbaijan Music has been deleted from the YouTube channel.
