New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday said the complaint of women wrestlers against outgoing Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh is being investigated and action will be taken once the investigation is completed. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was responding to questions from reporters after a family function at Bhaironpur village in Budhanpur tehsil of Azamgarh district. He said that even in 2024, the National Democratic Alliance will form the government at the Center. He said that in the last 10 years, large-scale unemployment has been removed and today the youth of the country is excited.

The Defence Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the common man has got relief from the government and compared to the previous governments, the unemployment figures have given employment to a large number of unemployed. Today the youth of the country is excited. He said that the benefits of the public welfare policies of the government have been given to all and everyone has developed. He said that the government is discharging its responsibilities well, so the NDA will get an absolute majority in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and the NDA will form the government again.

On the question of protest by wrestlers, he said that the entire episode is under investigation and the government will take a decision only after investigation. Replying to a question about the inauguration ceremony of the new Parliament building, the defence minister said it was not a Parliament session but a public function in which all political parties should have participated as it was a matter of pride for the country.
