In the village of Krylos, Ivano-Frankivsk region, a fatal accident occurred: a passenger car and a passenger bus collided. A teenager died.

This was reported by the press service of the National Police in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The accident occurred on May 30 on the highway Lviv - Ivano-Frankivsk. Previously, the 36-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi drove into the oncoming lane, where she collided with the bus. In addition to her, there were two other children in the cabin. As a result of the accident, a 13-year-old boy died on the spot from his injuries, and a seven-month-old boy, who was in a child car seat, was hospitalized in serious condition. The woman was also injured. Doctors provided the woman with the necessary assistance and released her.

"The driver, moving on a rounded section of the road, did not choose a safe speed and lost control of the car. Then she drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a bus driven by a 45-year-old man, a resident of the Rivne region," the message says.

Both drivers were checked for intoxication. They were driving sober. On the fact of the accident, law enforcement officers initiated criminal proceedings under the article "violation of road safety rules".

As reported, in Obukhiv, Kyiv region, an 18-year-old driver of a Yamaha motorcycle ignored the prohibitory traffic light, crashed into a car, and then into a group of pedestrians. So far, five victims have been hospitalized: the driver and passenger of the motorcycle, as well as three citizens who were moving along the side of the road.
