In Cherkasy, it was forbidden to swim on two beaches of the Dnieper, signs with inscriptions about the ban appeared there.

It is reported by KP "Improvement".

According to the results of research conducted in Cherkasy on the eve of the start of the swimming season (both water and sand were checked), in the water of the Dnieper on the communal beaches "Mytnytskyi" and "Kazbetskyi" exceeding the norms for the content of lactose-positive sticks in water was found – 6200 units in 1 dm3 with a standard of not more than 5000 in 1 dm3.

"In order to prevent the spread of intestinal infections, we appeal to residents and guests of the community with a request to rest only in places permitted for swimming," the message says.

Of the three communal beaches, water currently meets sanitary standards only in the area of the beach "Sosnivskyi-1".

Recall that in Chornomorsk in Odesa region it is forbidden to visit the beaches.
