The Russians are building large-scale complexes for sorting and storing the corpses of the occupiers who died in Ukraine.

This was reported in the Ukrainian intelligence.

"In Kursk and Rostov-on-Don, Russians are building large-scale complexes for sorting, analyzing and storing corpses of personnel liquidated in the war against Ukraine. The area of each object is more than 4000,<> square meters," the Chief Intelligence Directorate said.

The complexes will include:

  • points for investigative actions and examinations of bodies;
  • refrigerators with refrigerators for 1000 seats;
  • warehouses with coffins and other funeral decorations;
  • mournful hall.

The pledged cost of building a complex for the destroyed occupiers in Rostov-on-Don is about 600 million rubles, in Kursk – more than 800 million rubles. The cost of refrigeration equipment is estimated at more than a billion rubles for each complex.

"The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine states that terrorist Russia is no longer able to hide the scale of personnel losses in the war against Ukraine. The construction of these complexes on the territory of Russia confirms the fact that Putin's regime sends its occupying army to a deadly conveyor, but cannot cope with the flow of dead," the intelligence said.

The DIU also reminded that every Russian soldier who did not commit war crimes has the opportunity to surrender. Otherwise, "he will be waiting for a refrigerator at one of the sorting bases for corpses in Russia."

Recall that in Russia, prices for funeral services in the last year and a half have increased by 30-50%. It should be noted that according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the losses of the Russian army from February 24, 2022 to May 31, 2023 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine amount to 207,910 people.
