The technical and commercial parameters of the solar power plant (GES) project, which has a capacity of 240 MV in Gabriel, are nearing completion.

"APA-Economics" reports that Bhagiyar Aslanbayev, BP's vice president for communications and foreign relations in the Xerxes region, told journalists.

"Talking to the Ministry of Energy is now nearing completion. Technical parameters, commercial parameters have also been almost completed. The principle is that there is virtually no disagreement. The position has come close enough, and the final points remain, and once they are confirmed, they will be announced."

He added that mine clearance work in the area where the station would be built was almost complete. However, because some parts need deeper cleanup, those tasks are being carried out.

Recall that in June last year, the Energy Ministry and BP agreed on further steps to project a solar power plant in southwestern Azerbaijan. In June 240, an Additional Agreement was signed between the parties to the Executive Agreement, which was signed in Gabriel to take further steps to jointly implement the solar power plant project. The document reflects measures to conclude joint work on the implementation of the Dawn solar power plant project.
