The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) issued notices of suspicion to four bloggers who posted on social networks the work of air defenses during the Russian shelling of Kyiv on May 16.

This was reported by the press service of the SBU.

As it became known, the SBU collected evidence and received expert findings, which confirmed that four local residents disseminated information about the work of air defense during a massive missile and drone attack by the Russian Federation.

"One of them, a 32-year-old Kyiv resident, posted prohibited content on her social networks and sent it to the administrator of one of the popular Telegram channels. A few hours later, her video was distributed on pro-Russian platforms. The other, a 36-year-old woman from Kyiv, published a video with the work of air defense and the results of hitting enemy targets on her own Instagram account," the SBU said.

They also added that a third blogger shared the video on social media.

"The fourth suspect is a native of Sumy region who lives in Kyiv. First, she filmed the results of shooting down enemy missiles, and then sent files to her friends in various messengers. In order to avoid criminal liability, the offender tried to delete prohibited messages," the SBU said.

The bloggers were suspected of disseminating prohibited information during martial law. They face up to 8 years in prison.

Recall that the SBU appealed to the owners of street webcams because of rocket attacks on Ukraine.
