From June 1, insurance certificates for the types of executive insurance of civil liability for the exploitation of non-transferable assets in Azerbaijan will be compiled electronically.

AAPA-Economics has been informed by the Office of The Attorney-General. It has been noted that at the end of last year, in view of the requirements for changes to the Executive Insurance Act, the Office of the Attorney-General and the Office of the Attorney-General (OAG) have concluded the intelligence work between the Information Systems of the State Service and have ensured that the necessary information on property insurance is obtained from the relevant government agency. The registry number and registration number of the property will be included in the portal for the electronic compilation of insurance certificates of relevant types. Later, other information about electronic property will be obtained from the State Property Service with the appropriate web service. The certificates will be signed by insurance companies and electronically. Once the payment code is sent via text message to the insurer, the payment of the insurance must be made through the Government Payment Portal. The certificate will take effect after the payment is made.

It has been pointed out that after the completion of the intelligence with the relevant electronic information systems, information about electronic certificates will also be available in citizens' private cabinets by existing information on the Bureau's database. The availability of information in the electronic information system will make it easier for relevant information to be transmitted to entities that oversee the insurance of the appropriate type of insurance.

The bureau added that the electronicization of types of "Executive Insurance of Civil Liability of Automobile Owners," "Executive Insurance of Intangible Property," "Executive Insurance of Civil Liability for the Exploitation of Intangible Property," and "Executive Insurance in cases of loss of employment due to accidents and occupational illnesses in the industry" has been completed, and work on the electronics of "Executive Individual Accident Insurance" intense. Innovation is expected to be made public in the near future.
