"It is evident that transparency on the budget is not adequately provided."

The EPA reports that deputy Gdrat Hasanquliyev said this at a meeting of the National Assembly today.

The department has said that the National Assembly should make decisions in accordance with the relevant supervisory function, which was reflected in the approval of the Accounting Palace and the speeches of MPs: "In the Millennium Assembly, committees should be merged, a budget control committee should be formed. The National Assembly must provide full budget oversight. Serious proposals need to be made to increase transparency. We should not just expect legislation from the government, we should prepare legislation ourselves."

The department added that war disabled people who commit suicide because of social problems, who seek help, save money allocated from the budget while they are poor: "The money allocated to social protection has been in the house queue for 5-6 years when money allocated to social protection has not been spent, officers are on a domestic shift. Unallocated spending accounts for 8% of budget spending, which is a concern."

The department also addressed the problem of congestion on the subway: "The president recommended the use of new lines on the subway. The number of errors had to be increased from 5 and the number of stations from 26 to 70. But in 12 years, only two lines have been exploited."
