On the night of Thursday, June 1, the Russian Belgorod region was subjected to another shelling. Under the night attack was the village of Shebekino.

This is reported by local publics and authorities.

The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that the Russian region was allegedly "shelled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine" within an hour.

"According to preliminary data, there are two victims. One man with traumatic amputation of his left upper limb, serious condition. The second victim with a contusion went to the central district hospital on his own," he said.

Recall that the Russian Volunteer Corps, fighting against Putin's regime in Russia, published a video report from its lightning raid into the Belgorod region, which took place on May 22. During the day of the "special operation", they managed to take control of a larger area than Bakhmut.
