The SBU called on the owners of outdoor webcams to stop online broadcasts so that Russians do not use them to shell Ukraine.

This is stated in the official channel of the Security Service of Ukraine.

First of all, it concerns automatic video recording around residential, social structures, road transport, industrial and commercial facilities. Such cameras are urged to report to the SBU chatbot.

"Russia uses the vulnerability of modern webcams to carry out missile attacks on Ukraine and correct them in real time. The enemy can receive information from cameras from online broadcasts through streaming platforms or through hacker "hacking," the SBU said.

Experts also emphasize that: it is forbidden to shoot and publish photo and video materials on the activities of the Defense Forces and the consequences of enemy shelling. The dissemination of such records is a crime punishable by up to 12 years in prison.

Meanwhile, the lawyer explained what responsibility threatens in case of filming and photographing the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, bloggers who disseminate such information may be held responsible. An examination will be conducted. If the examination confirms the facts, there will be a rather severe punishment for such a person.

Recall that the Air Force also reminded that it is impossible to shoot during the work of air defense.
