The albino panda, which is considered one of a kind, is seen in the wild.

It was discovered by panda experts from the Wolong National Nature Reserve in Sichuan province in southwestern China, reports dailystar.co.uk.

The animal lives among 150 common pandas, all of which are standard black and white.

According to footage from surveillance cameras, an animal with white fur, claws and red eyes.

By the way, this panda was first recorded by video surveillance cameras back in April 2019 at an altitude of about 2000 meters. Since then, a special team has been monitoring the panda and studying its daily movements with motion-activated cameras.

Cameras also captured the animal climbing a huge tree, apparently in search of food.

Li Sheng, a researcher at the School of Life Sciences at Peking University, said it was the first albino panda recorded in the wild.

"It is still unclear whether its gene will be inherited and sustainably transmitted in populations of small pandas. More research is needed," the professor said.

The giant panda, a species that lives in China and is considered a national treasure of the country, is listed on the IUCN Red List as "vulnerable".

According to China's 2021 Biodiversity Report, there are about 1860 giant pandas living in the wild, but there is only one known albino panda among them.

We will remind, not so long ago in India in the house of a couple found an ultra-rare albino cobra. The reptile was in the house due to heavy rain.
