Adenocarcinoma of the rectum and lower ampular region at the third stage was diagnosed in the spring of 2021 in Hanna Hryhorenko from Kyiv region.

"In March, we went to the doctor because my mother was tormented by severe pain in the anus and blood. We thought it was ordinary hemorrhoids, because my mother, despite her illness, worked hard, because she and her father live in the village. After the examination, we were informed of a disappointing diagnosis, followed by stupor, confusion and ignorance of what to do, because it is cancer," says Hanna's daughter Natalia.

Then the woman, with the help of relatives, raised funds and underwent treatment and had positive results, remission occurred. But last fall, the woman suffered a serious misfortune - in the battle for Kherson killed her son - 35-year-old Alexander Grigorenko, call sign "Cat".

"After the death of my brother, there was a complex relapse of colorectal cancer with damage to nerve vessels metastases. We have already completed 8 courses of PCT, after the fourth we did an MRI and CT scan to see if the treatment works, it worked partially, a week later (after the 8th course) again MRI and CT, to also see how metastases react to treatment. In general, there should be 12-16 courses of chemotherapy, then radiation therapy, and then surgery. There is trouble with the supply of drugs, we buy absolutely everything, plus lifelong medicines are bought to maintain the body, since diabetes mellitus has done its job, "devoured" the body from the inside and makes it very difficult to treat relapse," says the woman's daughter.

The family has a lot of debt for treatment, and it needs to be continued, so they ask for help in raising funds.
