Kinshtein added that the fact that eight drones were allegedly shot down "should not comfort anyone."
"Let's not underestimate the enemy," he added.

Ukrainian air defenses destroyed 29 of the 31 Iranian-made Shahed drones launched at Kyiv by Russia early Tuesday, the Ukrainian Air Force said.
"Almost all drones were destroyed on the outskirts of the capital and in the sky of Kyiv," the Ukrainian Air Force said.
One person was killed in the bombing, the seventeenth airstrike launched by Russian forces on Kyiv this month alone, officials previously reported.
Four people were injured by shrapnel impacts, according to Kyiv police chief Andrii Nebytov, and 50 homes were damaged, shops and cars were reported.
"The police are recording all the crimes of the Russian army, for which they will definitely be held accountable," Nebytov wrote.
According to earlier reports by Ukrainian officials, 20 drones were shot down overnight.
Sanctions on Iran: Ukraine imposed new sanctions on Iran for a period of 50 years in response to what Kyiv considers Tehran's role in supplying weapons to Moscow. Russia has this month intensified its attacks on Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, with Iranian-made Shahed drones, which has caused the destruction of infrastructure and the death of civilians.
