After this attack, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko asked the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, why Kyiv are attacking and Moscow is resting.

"I cannot understand only one thing, and I can address this question to Mr. Zaluzhnyi. If Russians can "nightmare" the capital of Ukraine, why are residents of Moscow, the capital of Russia, resting? Such things could be done to make each of them feel what it means to live in the conditions in which Kyiv has been living for a year and a half," Klitschko said.
