"All sides attach great importance to the visit of Special Representative Li Hui, fully recognize China's positive role in advancing peace talks, welcome China's call for respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity and adherence to the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, and express hope that China will continue to exercise its constructive influence," the statement said.
