After performing in fourteen Spanish cities, the National Ballet of Cuba (BNC) returned to Havana, the dance institution reported today.

The company directed by Viengsay Valdés performed pieces that had just been incorporated into their repertoire.

These include Love Fear Loss, by Ricardo Amarante; Three Preludes, by Ben Stevenson O.B.E.; Concerto DSCH, by Alexei Ratmansky, and Seventh Symphony, by Uwe Scholz, which managed to conquer diverse audiences, according to the note.

The next presentations of the collective, Cultural Heritage of the Nation, will be at the upcoming Festival La Huella de España, to be held from June 12 to 16 in various spaces of the Cuban capital.

The BNC will perform with figures of the Antonio Gades Company the piece Bodas de sangre, and will share the stage with the National Ballet of Spain and the Spanish Ballet of Cuba, concluded the informative note.
