There is active cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan.

The EPA reports that President Ilham Əliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced this on May 29, when he accepted the credentials of Alim Bayel, a newly appointed ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this regard, the head of state emphasized that his visit to Kazakhstan and the President of Kazakhstan has contributed to the expansion of our relations.

President Ilham Əliyev noted that friendship and brotherhood among our peoples have a great history, and he said that mutual support has always been demonstrated. Today, he said this factor is of great importance to deepening cooperation in the Xerxes Sea and other fields.
