"During the night attack, air defense units of the air command "West" in the western direction destroyed 6 cruise missiles and 10 unmanned aerial vehicles", – stated in the message.

The Ministry recalled that on the night of 2023, the Russian military attacked Ukraine from different directions with Shahed-136/131 strike drones, Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS strategic aviation aircraft.

Recall that in the Lviv region on the night of May 29, explosions sounded during the air raid alarm, later the authorities reported on the work of air defense. In the morning, the head of the region, Maksym Kozytskyi, clarified that Russian troops attacked Ukraine with missiles and kamikaze drones. One of the missiles also reached Lviv region. The defenders shot it down over the Zolochiv district.

Explosions were also heard in the Khmelnytsky region. The regional military administration said that they hit the objects of the Khmelnytsky region. One of them is the military.
