In the Kyiv region, after a missile strike on May 29, there were no dead or serious damage. The police received reports from citizens about the discovery of rocket debris on the territory of private households and public places.

In some areas, grass flooring and parts of forest areas caught fire due to attacks.

This was announced by the head of the police of the Kiev region Andriy Nebytov.

Nebytov noted that investigative-operational groups of the Kyiv region police are working at the scene.

"We thank the air defense forces for the effective elimination of enemy targets. I urge citizens in case of detection of fragments of missiles, drones not to touch dangerous objects and inform emergency services," Nebytov said.

Earlier it was reported that Russian troops on May 29 attacked the Kyiv region and damaged an outbuilding in one of the districts. The house caught fire, but there were no casualties.
