The woman described what it was like to live on the volcano for a month, struggling with winds at a speed of 80 km per hour, thunderstorms and hypothermia.

Perla Ticherina spent 32 days on Pico de Orisaba, the highest mountain in Latin America, located at an altitude of 5636 m above sea level. Writes about it needtoknow.co.uk.

"Even though there were very difficult days when I thought I was going to die, I was able to survive. I really thought it would be worse, but most of my days were perfect," said Perla from Saltillo, Mexico.

Sometimes Perla struggled with strong winds, thunderstorms, hypothermia and disease in the mountains, but continued to survive.

The 31-year-old added: "It was scary when I fell in the tent. And gusts of wind, they are up to 80 km per hour!"

Perla was determined to achieve her goal of 32 days of climbing uphill. Before starting the test, she underwent a medical examination and also constantly monitored oxygen levels and blood pressure at the top of the volcano.

She said: "I was never alone, I needed to read so many books, and I spent time in meditation. I also had a Bible that I loved reading to keep myself spiritually and mentally strong."

And now she feels like a completely different woman: "I feel like I can do whatever I want. It made me truly appreciate life and everything it offers me. I love spending time with my loved ones, eating good food, sleeping well, and I feel like an unstoppable person, I'm a climber who never stops."

Pearla accepted the challenge after realizing she wanted to test her mental strength and personal determination. She called her challenge a "tall woman."

"I want to be an inspiration to all women who are looking for motivation that motivates them to keep trying, not giving up, despite obstacles. It was an unforgettable experience that was hard to digest. Thank God, I returned home safely and was able to complete the task," she shared.
