"Assuming that the Pareto 80/20 Rule in terms of the amount of assets is met, we can estimate the amount of capital withdrawn by foreign investors from Russia (...) at the level of $ 36 billion," Maxim Osadchiy said.

According to the Central Bank, the impact of selling domestic assets of Russian assets to foreign investors nationwide is limited because much of the deals involve retaining the necessary licenses and patents, with many companies counting on returning to Russia.
