Xavi Hernández spoke at the end of the match on the same pitch about the farewell of Busquets and Jordi Alba, two players who were now under his command, but who for many years were teammates.

Goodbye

"The hardest thing is to choose the moment of goodbye. They've been very smart and they've done it. We are leaving the best pivot and the best left back in the history of Barça. They have helped us in everything. They are an example for the new generations. What they come will have to look like Busquets and Jordi Alba to succeed."

Spare parts

"We will have to go find substitutes, especially Busi because we have no replacement. With Alba we already have Balde and Marcos Alonso. Barça continues, this continues and we have to remain competitive, but on a human level we will not be able to supply them. It's impossible."

The match

"I wanted more intensity. It was very important to win and I'm very happy because the team has taken a step forward. We created a lot of scoring chances and people enjoyed it."

Farewell

"Very exciting. Two friends who deserved such a farewell are leaving. Goosebumps."

The Camp Nou

"Bittersweet feeling because it will be all new and you will not enter again through the ramp or the changing room tunnel. But the new course will be better and now we have to adapt to Montjuïc."
