The chairman of Turkey's Supreme Election Commission, Ahmet Jener, voted in Ankara in the second round of the presidential election. Yener exercised his right to vote at Argentine Primary School in the Chukurambar district (in the central Chankaya district).

Kemal Kilicdaroglu, the presidential candidate of the opposition National Alliance, exercised his right to vote at the school.

For now, the vote in Ankara is proceeding calmly. There is no traffic jam on the streets of the city. The majority of voters walk to the polling stations.

Security measures have been stepped up everywhere.
