New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday installed the historic 'Sengol' flag near the Lok Sabha Speaker's podium in the newly-built Parliament Chamber. On Sunday morning, the new Parliament building was dedicated to the nation in a ceremony held amid chanting of Vedic mantras.
