Adviser to the Head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak named specific conditions for negotiations with Russia. He stressed that Putin's regime had lost legitimacy and Ukraine would negotiate with the next government.

He wrote about this on Twitter.

Podoliak stressed that Russia should lose its seat in the UN Security Council because of aggression against Ukraine. He said that there should be a regime change in Russia.

"The civilized world must recognize that Putin, accused of war crimes, and his clique are no longer Russia's legitimate representatives in the world, and therefore there is nothing to talk to them about. Today's Russian government must lose its seat in all international institutions, including the UN Security Council. There will be a regime change – let's talk with the successors. In particular, on compensation payments and a nuclear disarmament program," he wrote.

Recall that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia put forward new "conditions" for the end of the war. Thus, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galinin said that the "conflict" would be resolved if Ukraine refuses to join the EU and recognizes Russian as the state language.

Putin's spokesman Peskov also threatens a protracted war in Ukraine. He said that Russia, despite everything, will continue the so-called "special operation".
