What is the use of strawberries

Strawberry jam "five minutes"

You will need:

  • 600 g of sugar;
  • 1 kg of strawberries (not overripe).

Berries should be well washed, gently remove green tails. Transfer to a sufficiently deep bowl (pan) and sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate and leave for 5-8 hours.

After that, put the bowl on the fire, bring to a boil. Stir constantly and cook after boiling for another 5 minutes. Do not forget to remove the foam. Pour the finished jam into sterilized cans, roll up the sterilized lids, turn over and wrap with a blanket. Wait for complete cooling.

To prepare the dough you need:

  • 3/4 cup of water;
  • 2 cups of wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon sugar;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt.

For the filling take:

  • 1.5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 300 grams of strawberries.

In a deep bowl, mix cold water and egg. Add sugar and salt, mix well with a fork. Sift the flour, knead the dough. It should not be too soft, elastic. Put the finished dough in a bag and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Now it's time to prepare the filling. Strawberries should be washed, remove green tails. Cut, put in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.

Remove the dough from the freezer, divide into 4 parts, roll into harnesses. Cut each of them into identical pieces and then roll the balls. Dipping each ball into flour, roll thinly. Inside put 1 tablespoon of strawberries. If the berry gave juice - you must first drain it. Blind the dumplings and cook in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

Salad of strawberries, radishes and arugula

Ingredients needed:

  • strawberry;
  • radish;
  • arugula;
  • Parmesan;
  • salt, pepper;
  • vegetable oil.

Cut radishes and strawberries into arbitrary pieces. Rinse arugula leaves. Grate Parmesan. Season with oil, salt and pepper.

  • 6 kg of strawberries;
  • 4 liters of water;
  • 1-1.5 kg of sugar.

Wash the berries thoroughly, peel them and put them in a colander. Wait until the water is completely drained. Add ingredients to pre-sterilized cans (jars must be filled 2/3).

Now you need to cook the syrup. To do this, boil water in a saucepan, gradually pour sugar and wait until it is completely dissolved. Hot syrup should be poured into the cans and cover them with metal lids on top.

Sterilize the broth in jars for 10 minutes. Turn each container over, cover with a blanket and let cool.

Quick strawberry and chocolate dessert

To cook, you need:

  • strawberry;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • 250 g of milk;
  • 400 grams of milk chocolate.

Put strawberries in shape, making sides and bottom of the future dessert out of it.

In a bowl mix 3 eggs with sugar and milk. Stir until smooth. Add chopped milk chocolate. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring constantly to get a fairly thick mass.

Pour strawberries with this mass and refrigerate for 6 hours. Remove and easily pull out of the mold. Can be cut into portions.
