The Electric Union reported that yesterday the service was affected by a deficit of generation capacity from 16:02 p.m. to 02:25 a.m. today (10:23 a.m.).

The maximum impact of the day was 508 MW, at 20:40 hours.

The availability of the SEN at 07:00 hours is 2107 MW and the demand 2100 MW, during daytime the service is estimated to be affected by a deficit of generation capacity in the order of 250 MW.

Unit 2 of the CTE Santa Cruz, unit 6 of the CTE Nuevitas, unit 2 of the CTE Felton and Energas Boca de Jaruco are out of service due to breakdown. The CTE Guiteras unit, unit 5 of Nuevitas and unit 6 of the CTE Renté are under maintenance.

Limitations in thermal generation (331 MW) remain.

In distributed generation, 936 MW are unavailable due to breakdown and 168 MW are under maintenance.

For peak hours, the entry of unit 2 of Robustiano León (Hydroelectric) is estimated with 14 MW and the entry of 2 motors in Mobile Generation with 36 MW.

With this forecast, it is estimated for the peak hour an availability of 2307 MW and a maximum demand of 2800 MW, for a deficit of 493 MW, so it is estimated an affectation to the service of 563 MW at this time.
