Ahead of the first African Confederations Cup final between Yanga and USM Alger, Yanga head coach Nasreddine Nabi said they were ready to face their opponents after completing three types of preparation for the game.

Speaking to reporters, the coach said the preparation was based on the fitness of the players, the tactics they would use and read their opponents and know how to control them.

"It is a big and difficult game because of the preparation of both sides, for us our mission is to win on home soil, because I have a combination of many good players who make a good squad, including Fiston Mayele who is currently the best striker in Africa and we are proud to have him in Yanga," Nabi said.

The Yankees will descend on Benjamin Morogoro Stadium tomorrow at 10:00 p.m. to play USM Alger and need to get a win, to put themselves in a good position to take the title in next week's replay in Algeria.
