The British woman told how she was on a "vacation from hell" at the resort, a ticket where her relatives gave her.

Shauni Reed from Kent headed to Tossa de Mer, Spain. Despite the fact that her week-long vacation was all-inclusive, the trip turned into a nightmare - food was covered in fly eggs, dirt was everywhere, and staff also threatened to call the police.

As soon as Shauni arrived at the resort and checked into her room, she said, she was greeted by a disgusting and pungent smell of sewage coming from her room.

Photos taken by a 30-year-old woman show food infested with flies, her dirty insect-infested bathroom and birds nesting within the walls of a hotel.

Shauni reviewed the resort's cleaning schedule and realized that one of the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned since 2021.

While it was bad enough for Shawney, the horror didn't end there when they went down to the all-inclusive buffet. She claims that they had to wait more than an hour to even get to the buffet restaurant at the resort, and once they got there, she was disgusted to see flies, insects and fly eggs scattered all over the food in front of her.

Reed says she was overwhelmed by the bitter food at the three-star hotel and decided they would only eat outside the resort all week, meaning their all-inclusive price was worthless.

Although the dirty room and inedible food was enough to twist the traveler's stomach, the resort staff was no consolation as one of the officers threatened to call the police on a member of the Shauni family during the first hour there, because of the outfit.

Shauni says she was impressed by the treatment of her and her family by staff, and even a lifeguard yelled at her in such a "rude" manner that the hotel manager apologized on their behalf and promised that the lifeguard would not work until the end of the week, but returned to work in two days.

After complaining to the hotel, the tourist did not find solace, so she complained to the travel agency, and they were assured that they would be relocated to another hotel.

However, a week passed and nothing happened, and Shauni and her family were forced to stay in terrible conditions as all the other hotels nearby were booked, so they could not stay somewhere on their own.

The woman was incredibly disappointed with the result of the vacation and vows that she will never return to this part of Spain.

"The reviews about this place have been good. Everything was fine at first, but we couldn't wait to get home. I would still go to Spain, but to the wrong part again," she added.
