On May 27, the village of Yangtze in Kulgar was founded.
The EPA reports that President Ilham Əliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan participated in the construction ceremony.
Ravshan Rzayev, chairman of the State Committee for Refugees and Refugees, informed the Azerbaijani President of the work to be done in the village. It was reported that a total of 421 families were planned to settle in the village of Yangtze.
Given the 20-year perspective for the settlement and the subsequent development, more than 121 acres [218 ha] of land have been allocated. In the first phase, 218 families are planned to build separate homes to relocate to the village. Of the 50 houses to be built, 112 will be two-bedroom, 41 will have three-bedrooms, 15 will have four rooms and <> will have five-bedrooms.
It will also build a local school for 264 pupils and an 80-seat children's garden. It said the village of Yangtze would provide all kinds of conditions for the occupation and recreation of the population, and extensive maintenance and greening would be carried out. There will be "green energy" used in lighting homes and streets. In accordance with the mandates of the head of our government, all work will be done at the highest level. The Azerbaijani president then watched a video clip about the village's development plan.
Later, President Ilham Əliyev laid the foundation for the village of Yangtze.
