Peskov threatens a protracted war in Ukraine. He said that Russia, despite everything, will continue the so-called "special operation".
This is reported by Russian propaganda media.
Putin's spokesman said that the degree of Western involvement in the conflict in Ukraine is growing day by day, but "Western involvement may stretch the conflict over time, but will not fundamentally change the situation."
"Russia will continue the special operation (war - ed.) and one way or another will ensure its interests," Peskov said.
Earlier, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin was unexpected "interference" of NATO countries in the military conflict in Ukraine.
