In Ukraine, evaders invent various cathedrals in order not to get into the army, but every Ukrainian, realizing what a neighbor is nearby, must be able to defend themselves and their state, and for this, at least, they need to undergo basic training.

This was stated by the commander of the company of strike unmanned aerial complexes "Achilles" of the 92nd separate mechanized brigade Yuriy Fedorenko, informs Apostrophe.

He noted that everyone in the picking center would definitely have to clarify their data in order for the preparation to be more effective.

"Those who fled abroad must necessarily bear responsibility to the state of Ukraine, because we have not only the rights for which we are accustomed to speak and defend. We have duties within the state that we have to fulfill. Evasion of these duties should entail some responsibility. Therefore, I have an absolutely normal attitude to this bill. I believe that it can be developed in a timely manner," the soldier said.

He also drew attention to internally displaced persons liable for military service, who left exactly from the territories where hostilities are currently taking place.

"These people have registered in the central regions of our state, in the western part, and there is no great inspiration to defend their homes," Yurii Fedorenko shared his observations.

The military believes that it is necessary to create a system of legitimate "democratic coercion", which will make it possible to involve these people in the defense of the state, or rather in their own homes.
