The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia issued new "conditions" for the end of the war. Thus, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galinin said that the "conflict" would be resolved if Ukraine refuses to join the EU and recognizes Russian as the state language.

It is reported by the NEXTA Telegram channel.

"The settlement is possible only if the hostilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine cease and the supply of Western weapons. To achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting world, Ukraine must return to the neutral non-aligned status enshrined in the 1990 declaration of its state sovereignty," Galinin said.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that Moscow was allegedly not against Ukraine's membership in the EU. Demands for "recognition of Russian as the state language" have not been voiced before.

Earlier, the Kremlin called the end of the war the end of the "SVO" for its benefit to Moscow.
