An accident involving a judge who shot down a National Guard soldier to death on his Lexus happened on Bereisteysky Avenue during curfew.

Therefore, investigators are likely to check whether the judge had a special pass that allows him to move around the city during curfew and on what basis it was issued.

As law enforcement officers assured us, the judge was detained. But does not agree to take an alcohol test. This examination needs to be urgently carried out in order to be able to determine the gravity of the crime committed.

"The fact is that the judge refused to conduct an examination of the state of intoxication in a health care institution. Now investigators are working to forcibly take samples from him and then appoint certain examinations," the SBI told TSN.ua.

Law enforcement officers are also questioning witnesses of the accident, as well as everyone who was with the deceased National Guardsman at the checkpoint. They were on duty there during curfew.
