President Volodymyr Zelensky called the strike a "crime against humanity." The deaths of two people have been confirmed. More than 30 were injured.

The entire upper floor of the clinic in Dnipro was destroyed. The army command said the building was hit by a modified S-300 missile. In social networks, President Zelensky wrote that there was a psychiatric hospital and a veterinary office in the complex.

"This is not a military goal. Terror in its pure form from Russia," the president said. Very close to the explosion was one of the deputies of the Ukrainian parliament.

"I don't know what the official version is - they will tell you later through the usual channels. I mean here, from the very place is that this is a completely civilian clinic. There's nothing more peaceful than a medical facility. The Russian Federation is waging war with the civilian population. Nothing else can be said," said Maxim Buzhansky, a lawmaker from the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Among the victims were people who were not placed in the clinic. At least one of the dead was found on a street in front of the building. Russia regularly declares that it does not attack civilian targets.

"The targets of the strikes were reached. All planned sites were struck," said Igor Konashenkov, a spokesman for the Russian army.

Ukraine and Russia report new missile and drone attacks, as well as explosions and damage

Three of the injured are in critical condition, city officials say. They were transferred to other medical institutions.

Meanwhile, drone targets were attacked in Krasnodar. At least two loud explosions were heard in most of the Russian city. The local government said there were no injuries. Security camera footage shows drones blowing up in a warehouse-like building near apartment blocks. Ukraine usually does not accept responsibility for these attacks. But Krasnodar is close to the border and is within range of such drones if they took off from Ukraine.
